Thai-U-Up food truck is owned and run by Satitti, whose background and passion in cooking Thai cuisine fuel the entire operation. Satitti built Thai-U-Up with the mission of sharing the bold, comforting flavors of home-style Thai food while remaining accessible and fun for a broad audience. With her commitment to freshness, flavor, and hospitality, Satitti has guided the truck's rise in Seattle's food-truck community.
