Tacos Locos in Seattle started in April 2026 as a shared dream between two partners. Inspired by their roots, they set out to bring the authentic flavors of their culture to the city, sharing a little piece of home through every single dish.

They are two partners who met while working in restaurants. After 8 years of experience and becoming good friends, we decided to start our own business and create Tacos Locos, with the dream of sharing the flavors of our culture with Seattle.
