The co-founder of Dirty Dawgz food truck in Seattle is Danielle "Dani" Smith, a Pacific Northwest native, MBA graduate, educator, and entrepreneur with more than a decade of experience in fundraising, communications, and community engagement. She also co-founded Wild Seed Consulting, helping nonprofits and small businesses grow strategically. Dani teaches at Renton Technical College, serves as President-Elect of the Renton Rotary Club, and is a 2026 Founding Queen of Diamond Crown, where she advocates for literacy and youth entrepreneurship.

Co-owner SSG Claudette Esquerette (Ret.) is a U.S. Army veteran, artist, and entrepreneur. After serving 25 years in the Army, including overseas deployments and the September 11 recovery efforts, she transformed life's challenges into a mission of resilience, service, and community.
